Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of fight4myrights.net (the “Website”), operated by TFT Legal Service under the name Fight4MyRights. By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Attorney advertising; not a law firm
This Website is attorney advertising. TFT Legal Service is a marketing/intake, advertising and referral service, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice or legal services. Information on the Website is general information only and is not legal advice for any individual situation. Using the Website, submitting information, or communicating with us does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only if you and a law firm sign a written engagement agreement.
2. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee that any attorney will accept your matter or that any claim will succeed or result in a recovery. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Descriptions of lawsuits on the Website summarize allegations made in public complaints; they are not findings that any company is legally responsible. Medical classifications we cite (such as the World Health Organization’s ICD-11 and the American Psychiatric Association’s DSM-5) describe conditions and are not a diagnosis of anyone.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit information. A parent or legal guardian may submit information on behalf of a child under 18. The criteria described on the Website (such as birth-date ranges, hours of play and symptoms) are criteria participating firms are currently reviewing; they may change, can differ by game, and meeting them does not guarantee that an attorney will take a case. Participating attorneys decide which matters they review, in the states where they are licensed or associated. Deadlines for filing a claim (statutes of limitations) vary by state.
4. Your submissions
You agree that information you submit is accurate and is your own or your minor child’s (or that you are otherwise authorized to submit it). Submitting information is voluntary. You authorize us to share it with participating attorneys and law firms and with service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Communications
If you agree to be contacted, you may receive calls, text messages, and emails about your request as described in the consent language shown to you. Consent is not a condition of receiving services. You can reply STOP to text messages or email [email protected] to opt out.
6. Fees
There is no charge to use this Website or to request a review. Any fee arrangement for legal representation is solely between you and the law firm you choose. Representation is typically offered on a contingency basis — no attorney fee unless there is a recovery; costs and terms vary, so read any agreement carefully and ask the attorney before signing.
7. Trademarks and third-party names
Game titles, platform names and company names mentioned on the Website (for example, Fortnite, Roblox, Call of Duty, Xbox, PlayStation and Steam) are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to describe public lawsuits and the games people played. Fight4MyRights is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any game company or platform, and no company logos are used.
8. Third-party services and links
The online case-review assistant is provided by a third-party vendor (LeadBot / LeadForms), and the Website may link to other websites, including the World Health Organization, the American Psychiatric Association and crisis-support resources. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
9. Not an emergency service
This Website is not a crisis or medical service. If you or your child is in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website, submit false information or someone else’s information without permission, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in ways not permitted by law.
11. Intellectual property
The Website’s content, design, and logo belong to TFT Legal Service or its licensors and may not be copied without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use. Photos are licensed stock images that show models, used for illustration only.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TFT Legal Service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed.
